Target markets include retail, library government, casino, amusement and more. Notable customers include Disney World, Abercrombie & Fitch and the National 9/11 Memorial. 

The IT Installations Scheduler will assist the project manager by planning, executing, and finalizing installations of SenSource products at remote client facilities to meet project goals and schedules. This may include coordinating internal and external human resources and materials.  Scheduling efforts will involve various departments including; Sales, Technical Support, Production, Materials Management and third-party contractors or consultants in order to complete projects according to plan.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.

•       Assist the project manager in the direction and management of field installations and client facilities and scheduling from beginning to end by coordinating human and material resources as required.
•       Develop project plans, installation schedules and associated communications documents. 
•       Work primarily within corporate IT scheduling software and Microsoft Office products to accomplish assigned tasks in an orderly and organized manner
•       Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
•       Liaise with project stakeholders (i.e client representatives, contractors and internal teams) on an ongoing basis.
•       Serve as the first point of communication between customers, technicians and SenSource team members.
•       Estimate the human and material resources needed to achieve project goals and timelines.
•       Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
•       Set and continually manage project expectations with clients, team members and other stakeholders.
•       Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within project stakeholders.
•       Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
•       Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
•       Track project milestones and deliverables.
•       Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
•       Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
•       Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. 
•       Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience: 
Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sufficient to perform duties in an office environment. 

Language Skills: 
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of CRM systems; database software; Internet software and all standard Microsoft Office products.

Data Entry skills:
Ability to retrieve, process, edit, upload files from and to a variety of sources and destinations.
